My offerings are created from deep personal experience when it comes to learning how to self-manage mental wellbeing effectively. I've been dealing with my own complex mental health challenges for more than 20 years and taught hundred of people through classes, workshops, courses and personal coaching.

I lead a very stressful life running a business and juggling family.
